This recipe was my last night recipe made with exactly four minutes prep.
I have to admit A and I fought over the chicken, it was so good.
1. five low fat keebler crackers (the think kind)
2. a handful of pecans
3. A packet honey
4. Two table spoons soy sauce
5. Fresh chicken breasts (three)
6. Pam to spray oil
(Yes I made three so we could fight over who got the third)
METHOD: (Preheat oven to 415)
1. Mince in a hand chopper 1 and 2
2. Mix in a small bowl 3 and 4
3. Dip chicken breasts in Honey-soy mix
4.Then coat liberally in the pecan-keebler mix on both sides (leave excess on)
5. Place on parchment paper in a baking pan and
6.cook on one side for five minutes
7.cook on other side five minutes
8. Turn and cook for ten minutes
9. Slice along an angle and serve on greens.
Yes there will be a fight over the third chicken breat
