Drink half you pound body weight in pounds - in ounces
eg if you weigh 120 pounds
drink 60 ounces water everyday
I like to keep it simple
so that is equal to drinking five cans-size amounts of water
a can of coke has 12 ounces
BTW I do not weigh 120 pounds- I might have to drink more cans- LOL
